A hidden lodge nestled on the banks of the Okavango floodplains

Perched on the edge of a wide floodplain, the lodge enjoys stunning views of the surrounding waterways and its frequent animal visitors. Set within the 200.000-ha Khwai Private Reserve, all proceeds from the lodge go towards the concession’s local eco-tourism projects. The lodge is decorated in a mix of quirky contemporary pieces combined with classic safari-style interiors to create a serene oasis in the African bush. With its exclusive accommodation, exquisite cuisine, and exceptional game viewing, guests can explore the diverse wildlife and pristine landscapes of the delta while indulging in the finest African hospitality.
Best time to go to Botswana
Botswana's climate ranges from arid to semi-arid and is marked by hot and rainy summers, usually between November and March. This ‘green’ season is the best time to spot migrating birds, predators, and baby animals. However, many lodges in the Okavango Delta close during these months, so do check before you book. The dry season, between April and October, is the prime time to spot animals as they frequent water sources. This is also when the Delta floods, making it a great time for water-based activities. These months are a fantastic time to visit the salt pans, which will be dry from about June to September.
