Le Rwanda est en Afrique de l'Est et a un climat subtropical de haute altitude, avec deux saisons des pluies et deux saisons sèches. Le meilleur moment pour aller au Rwanda, c'est de juin à septembre et en janvier, pendant la saison sèche. À cette période, les températures sont agréables et il pleut peu, et c'est aussi le meilleur moment pour voir des gorilles. La longue saison des pluies, c'est de février à mai, et la courte saison des pluies, d'octobre à décembre. Pendant les saisons des pluies, il peut faire assez chaud et humide.
