Witsieshoek Mountain Lodge is a relaxing getaway situated in the Northern Drakensberg Mountains that welcomes groups of all sizes, including families and hikers, with open arms. Guests can appreciate the mountainous area’s enchanting landscapes and variety of fauna and flora, with highlights like spotting endangered Bearded Vultures soaring up above or admiring the nearby Tugela Falls. After enjoying a buffet breakfast at the restaurant, it’s time to delight in hiking, rock climbing, bird watching, and learning more about local arts and crafts made by the Batlokoa community. These include a great deal of artwork and woven items that can be found in the lodge.
