Settled on the banks of the famous Selinda Spillway, where it enters the Linyanti river in Botswana, is the secluded and luxurious Selinda Camp. Guests can explore this pristine 130.000 ha reserve on a game drive, a walking safari or a boat ride, keeping an eye out for hippo, leopard, elephant and nearly 200 bird species – to name a few. Avid photographers can make use of the complementary set of professional Canon camera equipment and binoculars during their stay. At the lodge, one can enjoy a home-grown dining experience under a starry African sky on the star deck. The Great Plains Solar Mamas initiative has also helped uplift local villages through training and solar power installations.
