Stay Location

Best time to go to Addo Elephant National Park

The dry season between May to September is the best time to visit, when water is a scarce resource and wildlife gathers around the waterholes, which in turn produces excellent game-viewing opportunities. Rainfall in the park is relatively evenly distributed throughout the year, but there are 2 peaks, during February and March and again during October and November. During the midyear winter months, frost may occur, making the park icy-cold.

Manor Family Rooms

There are 4 total spacious Family Suites that each feature double or twin beds, a full bathroom with shower and bath, a mini-bar with drinks and/or tea and coffee station, plus private patios with views of the Zuurberg mountain range

Village Twin Room

The Edwardian Village Cottages are arranged so that guests can enjoy both the spectacular mountain and valley views. Each cottage contains a private entrance, double or twin beds, 2 patios on the east and west side, climate control, under-floor heating in the bathroom, a freestanding bath, and indoor and outdoor showers.
