Best time to go to Etosha National Park South

The best time to visit Etosha National Park South is from June to October when temperatures are cooler and ample wildlife, especially elephants, are drawn to the waterholes. In the rainy season, from November to May, the wildlife disappears into the park’s remote areas. The park is not as busy during this time and permits excellent birding opportunities as it attracts over 300 species. Don’t forget that the gates open at sunrise and close at sunset!

Twin Rooms

The 6 Twin Rooms are en-suite and open up onto the large and shady garden. These rooms have large overhanging roofs designed to reduce day-time heat, maximising the airflow throughout the rooms. 2 pairs of twin rooms are right next to each other and are perfect for families with older children.

Family Room

The Family Room is perfect for a family with young children and includes a queen-size bed as well as 2 single beds. The room is en-suite, comes with a ceiling fan and opens out onto the large, shady garden.
