Stofpad Lodge and Camping is situated on the edge of the Khomas escarpment with unspoiled mountain scenery, a mere 2 hour drive from Windhoek which is en-route to Sossusvlei via Solitaire. Stofpad is the ideal place for a stopover, or just a quick pop in. Stofpad translated from Afrikaans, means dust road; and that perfectly describes our countryside. We deeply value our Afrikaans heritage at our lodge. Restaurant and Bar on Property that serves breakfast and dinner by Reservation Only. Stofpad offers accommodation in Luxury Twin rooms (BB), Luxury campsites, exclusive self-catering chalets and standard Campsites. The Luxury Twin Rooms (Breakfast included), private bathrooms, a kitchenette with coffee station, a seating area and a private patio. The private luxury campsites each have their own kitchenette, bathroom with shower, outside braai facility, a firepit, and high shaded areas ideal for roof-top tents. A parking area for a trailer or caravan with a power point is also available. The exclusive self-catering chalets have one or two bedrooms, private bathrooms, air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen and living area, a patio with a picnic bench, built-in braai facility, and shaded parking. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool or enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area from the pool deck. The Farm Shop is well-stocked with most items that you may need for your stay including braai packs, ice, and firewood. Stofpad also has a craft brewery on-site. There is a childrens play area with a trampoline, chalk board, and sandpit to keep the little ones entertained.
