Best time to go to Somalisa Acacia

Hwange National Park is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit depends on your interests. From May to October, the dry winter months offer prime wildlife viewing as animals gather around the remaining waterholes. Days are sunny and clear, while nights can be cool — perfect for game drives and photographic safaris. From November to April, the summer rains transform Hwange into a lush green landscape alive with newborn animals and migratory birds. This “green season” offers excellent birding, dramatic skies, and fewer visitors, though wildlife can be more dispersed.
