Fuss-free camping in the vast and unforgettable Namib Desert
Relax and unwind in nature without the fuss of setting up camp. Namib Desert Camping2Go has 8 permanent tents which all include 4 beds and an en-suite bathroom. The close proximity of the campsite to the dunes of Sossusvlei and Sesriem Canyon means guests can easily visit these unforgettable sites on day trips into the desert. After a day spent in the sand, guests can unwind around a campfire and watch the sun dip over the tawny dunes just before the sky opens up to a shimmering Milky Way above.

Namibia is best visited between May and October when safari viewing is at its best. Between the winter months of May and July, daytime temperatures are moderate, while nights can get quite cold, so remember to pack a warm jacket. The veld fills with baby animals during the summer months of November and December. This is also an excellent time for birders as many migrant bird species have returned. The rainy season is from November to April, resulting in dramatic thundershowers and even desert flooding.
