Best time to go to Namibia

Namibia is best visited between May and October when safari viewing is at its best. Between the winter months of May and July, daytime temperatures are moderate, while nights can get quite cold, so remember to pack a warm jacket. The veld fills with baby animals during the summer months of November and December. This is also an excellent time for birders as many migrant bird species have returned. The rainy season is from November to April, resulting in dramatic thundershowers and even desert flooding.

Elevated above the plains, each Savanna Room offers dramatic panoramic views of the spectacular scenery. With large windows overlooking the private deck, guests can enjoy the natural landscape that surrounds them. Each room is decorated with custom fittings and furniture, and amenities include 1 fitted double bed, a sitting area and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
