Best time to go to Paje
The best time to visit is from June to October and December to February, when steady trade winds create perfect conditions for kite-surfing and the lagoon stays crystal clear for snorkelling and swimming. The dry season brings endless sunshine, calm tides, and warm evenings ideal for beach nightlife and oceanfront dining. During the short rains in November or March, the island feels quieter and more relaxed — great for wellness retreats and yoga escapes. The long rains (April to May) are best avoided, as many beachfront properties close temporarily. Whatever the season, Paje’s charm lies in its rhythm — wind, tide, light, repeat — a constant invitation to slow down and live barefoot.
