Best time to go to Northern Cape
The best time to visit the Northern Cape is during spring (August to October) for the Namaqualand flower bloom, or autumn (March to May) for comfortable temperatures and clear skies. Summers (November to February) can be extremely hot, especially inland, while winters offer crisp days ideal for desert exploration.
