A part of an essential wildlife corridor bordering Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta, Linyanti Wildlife Reserve is a pristine and remote wildlife concession area spanning 125.000 ha near Namibia in Botswana. Settled on the southern banks of the Linyanti River and including the magnificent Kings Pool Lagoon, the reserve is well known for its abundant wildlife. These include elephants, red lechwe and giraffes as well as other predators such as wild dogs, cheetahs and lions. This top secluded safari destination also boasts a variety of landscapes, from grassy plains to clear lagoons and rivers sporting magnificent forests on their banks.

The Chobe region where Linyanti Wildlife Reserve is situated experiences 2 distinct seasons. The dry season ranges from April to October and offers up the best game viewing as animals like huge elephant herds flock to water sources and the bush is less dense. However, the rainy season offers up gorgeous green vistas, plenty of birds, and is when the zebras migrate en masse.
