Best time to go to Kendwa
The best time to visit Kendwa is during the dry season from June to October and December to February, when clear skies and calm seas create perfect beach conditions. These months offer ideal visibility for diving and snorkelling around Mnemba Atoll, as well as unforgettable evenings for dhow sunset cruises and lively sunset beach bars. The full moon party Zanzibar is held monthly, drawing visitors for music and dance under the stars, best enjoyed in the dry months. From March to May, the rainy season brings lush scenery and fewer crowds, offering quieter moments for couples and honeymooners. Thanks to its year-round warm temperatures and gentle tides, Kendwa remains one of the most inviting and swimmable beaches on the Zanzibar north coast in every season.
