Best time to go to Arusha
The dry season in the Arusha region starts in June and leads into October. During this time, wildlife viewing is at its best as animals congregate at water sources and the vegetation thins, making them easier to spot. The rains begin in November and last up until May, with the heaviest rains occurring between March and May. However, the beginning of the rainy season sees the landscape transformed into a verdant topos of forests, lakes and mountains.
