Nambu Camp rests in Balule Private Nature Reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger and shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park. Named after the IsiThonga word for “river”, Nambu overlooks a waterhole and is close to the Olifants river. These water sources attract a vast array of big game, including the Big 5. This beautiful camp also overlooks the Drakensberg Mountains and is elevated above the bushveld for splendid views. Balule Reserve and in turn Nambu work with surrounding private nature reserves of the Greater Kruger to conserve and protect the incredible biodiversity which they inhabit.
