Best time to go to Mahogany Springs Lodge
The best time to visit Mahogany Springs Lodge is during the dry seasons, from June to September and December to February, when the trails in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest are more accessible and gorilla trekking conditions are ideal. These months offer clearer skies, comfortable temperatures, and easier hiking through the forest. However, the wet seasons—from March to May and October to November—bring their own beauty, with vibrant greenery, lush vegetation, and fewer visitors. While the rain can make treks more challenging, it also enhances the forest’s atmosphere and rewards photographers with dramatic misty backdrops.
